With the beginning of a New Year I felt it was time to share what TheCreativeCheer is all about and what I’ve been up to this past 2 years.

A brief intro! I’m Abi, I am from the beautiful island of Malta, I am a single mom of 3 wonderful boys and I have been running TCC for 8 years now! 
2 Years ago God put a desire in my heart to move to India and share the skills that I’ve learnt through the years with whoever I felt led to.

During my time there, I met many people who felt led to be in ministry but didn’t know how to support themselves and how to take care of their family.

These people were gifted in many different ways but thought they only have 2 options: Ministry or corporate work! Being in ministry and still being able to make an income to survive was impossible.

As I met these people, I feel like their talents and gifts were highlighted. We would sit and discuss about what they love to do, but how they felt so stuck. After hearing their heart, we’d start learning how to turn their skills into a small freelancing business.

Some are amazing writers, videographers, graphic designers, marketers, artists and more.
 After 1-2 years, some are taking courses in their area, others are working on my team and taking their own clients.

My team has grown from just me doing everything, to now having professionals offering:

Videographer/Video Editor/Reel maker
Graphic Designer
Branding Expert
Content writer
Social Media Managing team
Web designer (that’s me still)
Business Systems Creator (that’s also me)
Content Repurposing
Audio Mixers/Podcast Editors

I wanted to take a moment to thank my clients and followers who have supported me during this time. Your work has supported my family as well as the growth of these wonderful individuals!   We also managed to save enough to be able to purchase a couple of machines and open a faith-based merch store in India BeBraveCo.Com

As I head back to India after a short break to visit family, I go back with a renewed vision to do more. Businesses can sow so much into a nation! I am humbled to get to be a small tool in doing this!
